In May 2019, I was invited by Tim and Jacko onto their School of Calisthenics podcast to talk all things strength and conditioning for movement, mobility and surfing.

In this podcast I touch on topics such as calisthenics and bodyweight training, mobility training, functional range conditioning, traditional lifting, sports rehabilitation and even movements which have originated from dance to improve my clients’ ability to move, master their bodies and for surfers how to master those waves too.
