I have been following Michelle’s online kinstretch classes for some time now and couldn’t enjoyed them more. She really knows her work. The classes are challenging, adaptable to all levels, super fun and easy to follow. I also greatly appreciate the diversity, since I’m not the repetitive type. The exercises helped me improve my swimming and stand-up-paddling performance and my overall mobility in general. The classes also target my posture problems deriving from long-hours design-desk work and were key for staying in shape during the heavy pandemic lock-down.
