I've done in person and online sessions with Michelle and cannot recommend her more highly! The fact that I am willing to drive from parramatta to the northern beaches to see her is a testament to the quality of coaching she delivers. Michelle's weekly online programming and in person sessions over the last 6mths have helped me recover from shoulder and ankle injuries that have been plaguing my surfing and general quality of life for years. I have regained so much strength and trust in my body from her highly targeted programming, and I am very grateful to have found someone with such expertise and such a relaxed, understanding energy to go along with it! Absolutely 100% convinced: I did some surf training with Michelle - and there was a huge difference in my surfing a couple of months later! So I even bought a personalized program, which I can totally recommend as well. Michelle works super professional - and her Kinstretch lessons are legendary: Hard, fun and effective!

Michelle asks, listens, understands and then designs the programs for the best outcome. She understands the body so well but also understands we are all made (and think) differently - and is flexible to that.

Michelle is great! Her assessment was very throughout. Using it she was able to zero in on the areas I most needed to strengthen for effective injury free surfing and overall fitness. Michelle is knowledgeable and warm. You can feel her passion for movement! Would recommend anyone study with her. Her online videos are also a great resource—clear and easy to learn from.

Michelle is a amazing talent. Really got me thinking about functional fitness. Never felt better in myself than when I was working with her. Those sessions are one of the few things I miss since moving away from Sydney.

Michelle defiantly creates the most dynamic workouts. For those who are bored of their training programs and want something out of the box she will teach you movements your body has never tried before. This type of training is the perfect complement to weight training.
