My primary goal in creating this online coaching platform is to make my top coaching techniques accessible worldwide at a fraction of the cost of in-person coaching. Additionally, I aim to provide a user-friendly online learning resource for personal trainers, strength coaches, exercise physiologists, and other sports rehabilitation professionals.
More crucial than lifting heavier weights or increasing endurance is expanding your movement repertoire. Real-life movement, whether in sports or daily activities, is inherently imperfect. You can’t enhance your surfing, soccer skills, rock climbing, MMA, or golf game solely in a controlled gym setting. While traditional lifts like deadlifts and squats are essential, I recognize their limitations and incorporate imperfect, full-range, multi-directional movements to prepare you for life’s inevitable curveballs.
